Main Questions
One of the factors that can influence the quality of the image is the update rate (Frequency or "refresh rate" of the image), represented in Hertz (Hz). This frequency represents how many times per second the panel screen is updated, for example, if the equipment has a frequency of 120 Hz, this means that it is capable of reproducing 120 frames per second, in this way, the higher the frequency value of a panel, the smoother the transition between the image frames (Cabinets/Modules). This difference is noticed, especially when taking a picture of the panel that captures the effect called blurred movement (or "motion blur" in English).
We perform configurations on RCG panel files for LINS and RCFG for NOVASTAR, with NOVASTAR being our main piece. (We carry out the configuration via remote access, the customer must have the Team Viewer software installed on the computer, which will provide access to the computer).

There is a step by step that must be done to verify if your LED panel is working or not:
1st step: check if the energy is arriving correctly to the panel, from the socket and its cables. Check if the cables are well connected, so it is possible to disconnect and reconnect again, or check if there is something wrong with the socket/breaker;
2nd step: check if the Ledmachine equipment (computer) is turned on and working normally;
3rd step: check internet access, as this is necessary for media communication to the panel. In this way, check if the signal cable (RJ45) is connected, disconnecting and reconnecting; also confirm the operation of the internet provider, turning off and on the modem;
4th step: check if the Controller equipment (system) is operating with access to media files. To check the access to the media, it is necessary to configure the updates of the plays and software, in order for the Ledmachine to communicate with the computer and thus transfer/send the media. In this case, we carry out this procedure remotely with a specialized technician – to understand if there is communication between the cabling and the equipment, Controller with computer (HDMI cable), and from the computer going to the panel (signal-RJ45 cable), or even even if the Controller is not turning on because it is damaged;
